FACTS: The Plaintiff was a pedestrian who was struck by the Defendant’s vehicle when he attempted to cross the street in a cross walk. As a result, the Plaintiff sustained a fractured femur. The Defense disputed liability claiming that the Plaintiff entered the cross walk on a red light. Farar Law was able to recover $240,000.00 for the Plaintiff.
