FACTS: The Plaintiff’s vehicle was struck on the passenger side by the Defendant’s vehicle. The Plaintiff’s vehicle sustained minor damage. As a result of the impact, the Plaintiff sustained neck and back injuries. In order for the Plaintiff to receive his accident-related medical care, the Plaintiff’s doctors had to remove a small piece of metal from the plaintiff’s spine (the metal was the result of a 20 year old injury). Farar Law was able to obtain $159,000.00 on behalf of the Plaintiff prior to filing a lawsuit.
